What you'll do

For Folks who might value pushing their limits...

We'll be at The Ix Art Park in downtown Charlottesvile, a beautiful place, OR you've organized your own group, Team Building or extreme fitness event and we come to you!.
The whole experience will take about two hours.
We'll start with some simple breathing exercises to enjoy the body, practice relaxation, then a couple breath practices that bring us into and out of internal, self directed states of intensity. A little bit of talk on how we can upregulate and down regulate the sympathetic nervous system, and how we can use that to support our experience and sense of empowerment in the ice, stress at work, to help go to sleep, deal with negative behavior, and all the ways we experience stress in our lives.
Then we start rounds of high heat dry sauna and ice baths.

I will be coaching you through all of the experience. you will be in community and enjoying your body, breathing and nervous system.
The whole point is to get familiar with the range of our nervous system, our ability to be aware of it, and discover that we can regulate our body-mind.
When your done you'll feel like a million bucks and have had an experience of expansion and empowerment that carries into your life.
Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANT: You are guided by the providers, and all the while YOU are in charge of participation, your experience, and using wisdom and responsibility to regulate your self. There’s no wrong way, only YOUR way.

Fabian was an excellent host, and this experience was exhilarating. I did this in December, weather was cold, but the ice bath and sauna were great! I’ll definitely be doing it again soon.

This was a surprise birthday present for my husband. I just told him this would be an extreme experience/ adventure. When we arrived to the park, he couldn’t believe some tubs were getting filled with ice. I told him we didn’t need to to do it if he didn’t feel comfortable. He cannot stand cold at all. The trainers were wonderful and made this adventure possible through all the instructions and advice. My husband and I made 2 sets of 3 minutes and the farewell one for 20 seconds. My husband says it has been the most incredible experience of his whole life. He thanked me at least 20 times in our way back home. I still cannot believe we were able to do it. Thank you Fabian for your facility and the people surrounding you. It was a great atmosphere between your friends, the sauna, the 🥶 shower 🚿 and the iced tubs 🛁.

What a fabulous experience! Fabian encourages and inspires you to stretch out of your comfort zone in the best possible way. My first time into the ice bath, I wanted to get out immediately, but, by the third time, I stayed in for four minutes! You’ll leave feeling invigorated, powerful, and proud of yourself.

Interesting and exhilarating experience!!!! Will Certainly Return!!!! Host spent quite a bit of time explaining the event and permitting us time to ask questions and get answers. This was very helpful and put us at ease for trying something new.
