The silver clay making experience was enjoyable overall, but not quite as advertised. It was promoted as an opportunity to make 2–3 items, yet we could barely make one unless we purchased an extra packet of clay for £14, which felt a little misleading. The workshop space is quaint and charming, but also quite small and cramped, which made working in the summer heat uncomfortable. Using the clay itself was frustrating in the heat, but once we managed to shape our pieces, the rest of the session ran smoothly and was well guided. Louise was friendly, kind and very helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Despite the challenges, it was still a rewarding and creative session.
