My intention is to help you feel energized, elevated, restored, and ready for your next adventure. You'll expand your outlook by learning new ways to alleviate anxiety and reduce stress. We'll stroll and stop throughout the garden. I'll give small talks about meditation, mindfulness, and my personal optimism practice. Then, I will guide you through a few breathing techniques and optimism-based…
