Work along side a personal trainer and former gym owner who dabbled in culinary school and worked in restaurants, as I show you the secrets to making the most mouth watering food that not only tastes good but is also good for you.

We'll learn the basics of a whole food and keto based cooking techniques as I take you step by step through a breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's my goal to show not only how to cook but WHAT to cook so that you can feel and look your best.

And in today's world, with more people cooking at home, I thought it would be a perfect time to learn the simplest and easiest tricks of the trade.

I have experience both in health & wellness and cooking, so you will learn both worlds.

How to participate
