A friend highly recommended Andy’s food tour to my wife and I and it did not disappoint. Andy took us to places that would have been hard for us to find on our own. He told us about each food that we tried and we found new favorites during the tour! We also enjoyed his insights into Japanese culture, society, and day-to-day life. Highly recommend booking a tour with Andy if you’re in Tokyo. He also does bike tours that we definitely would have looked into had we had more time!

Great experience, Andy took me to places I wouldn’t otherwise dare to eat in, where the locals eat.. combined with stories about the fascinating cloture and life I. Japan, this was a wonderful couple of hours. Andy is very nice too!

Andy is awesome! Having someone who speaks English and is able to then navigate Tokyo and take you to local spots off the ‘tourist beaten path’ was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend this tour!! Lots of good food and even the more fussy eaters could enjoy as no raw fish or anything too scary. Also combined with a little wander around the area, which was a great introduction and we returned to explore further after the tour. Andy was a perfect host, offering lots of tips and insights into life in Japan and further restaurant recommendations. Thank you!!

Andy's tour was great because we got to learn about the foods we were eating and see places where locals go - places we would not have found on our own, like the love hotel and second-hand trading store. It was also great as we could ask questions about day-to-day living (like how the garbage/recycling is collected) plus cultural differences/similarities to someone who understands both 'east' and 'west'.

Andy was super nice and knowledgeable about his neighbourhoods and it really gave us a chance to see Tokyo off the beaten path. We especially appreciated the local “slice of life” that he shared from his personal experiences.
