About me

I'm an urban planner working on the transformation of London’s streets to make them more walkable and liveable. London is only truly experienced when you venture off the well-worn tourist track so that you can see, hear and feel the place the same way a local does. Only then will you get close to the true essence and to the very fabric of the city.

Things to know

Guest requirements

Guests ages 12 and up can attend, up to 6 guests total.

Activity level

The activity level for this experience is moderate and the skill level is beginner.

What to bring

You will need your own PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TICKET for fare zones 1+2. I recommend simply using your contactless credit/debit card for touching in and out while travelling. Alternatively, you can also use an Oyster card topped up with at least £8.90 for the day., Unfortunately, the tour is NOT step-free and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or mobility scooters. I’m terribly sorry about that. (The London Underground was the first in the world and parts of it are 160 years old.) You're very welcome to contact me for a private tour instead, though please note that it will take significantly longer.
