Lauren

I'm a contemporary artist and co-founder of Pansy, an artist run gallery in Melbourne, Australia. In my work as an artist, I have spent the past five years researching the infrastructures, ontologies, and uses of water across different cultures and cities. This is in no small part owing to my former occupation as a professional swimmer.

Where you'll be

We will walk from Chapultepec Aqueduct, through the leafy Parque Mexico (the "green lung" of the area), and around tranquil Avenida Amsterdam; tracing a sculptural history of water distribution in this part of Mexico City that than only be experienced in the flesh.
