What you'll do
An insight into better gardening for Wildlife.
We will start with a photography talk showing you the kind of wildlife we have managed to attract to our garden together with some of the basic principles.
Then we will do a tour of the garden talking the guests through specific plants or features we have included to attract wildlife.
Finally we will enjoy Tea/Coffee and cake and chance to continue asking questions or discussing ideas that could apply to the guests own gardens.
We hope the guests will leave with good ideas that they can apply to their own garden and the enthusiasm to put them in place to help wildlife and enjoy and start enjoying what nature can bring to their homes.

I have been interested in wildlife since I was a little boy. Joanne and I moved to our home over 35 years ago and from the beginning we developed the garden with wildlife in mind. More recently I have set up a professional photography business and although most of my income comes from weddings and portrait work I still have a passion for showing people amazing wildlife through my images.
Where you'll be
Our house was designed and built by us in the heart of the New Forest National Park. We are lucky enough to have around half an acre of garden which is a mix of more formal areas and more wild areas. Most plants have to have a benefit for wildlife as well as looking good.
