Joel, your instructor, learned how to surf Cornish waters and has been teaching surfing for over eleven years. Having grown up here in Cornwall, we welcome you into our surfing family. He's also a fully accredited RNLI Beach lifeguard so you're in the best hands. What we’ll do : Discover why Cornwall is a surfers paradise with a two hour surf workshop that will have you catching waves and standing up in no time. Set in the heart of Newquay's beautiful Watergate Bay, we'll take you through surf essentials like beach safety and gear guides before getting you in the water and catching waves. Van We can pick you up free of charge outside of July and August if you are staying in the Newquay area.

Surfboard and Wetsuit We provide everything you need- all you need is a towel, swim wear and flip flops.

Where you'll be

Your lesson is set in the heart of Newquay's beautiful Watergate Bay. It’s a very long stretch of beach, so plenty of room to surf. It’s perfect a perfectly flat which makes it such a safe beach to learn to surf.
