I've been a farmer all of my life and there's nothing better than being in the beauty of Jamaica's farmland. I come from a big family of farmers where we all farm on land passed down from my grandfather. We carry a history of the pineapple in Jamaica- by my grandfather. Our land farms many things, from yams to exotic fruit trees-all of which we can sample and taste whatever is in season. We have the most captivating views of the country mountainside, we have several selfie spots with wicked views. Take a hike up throught he hills of Ginger Grove and admire the landscape.

This experience was incredible. The host is so incredibly kind and I got excited that he was so excited I was there! It’s about 1.5hrs from Montego Bay and the drive is bumpy but gorgeous. You’ll get to eat a ton of really sweet pineapple and fire roasted yam. He will tell you amazing stories of his grandpa who developed the farm into growing pineapples

Wow the experience was just breath taking. I can’t wait to come back with my dad. Tamalo definitely made us feel like family and the pineapple were super delicious. Tamalo definitely makes you feel welcome and most of all save through out your journey in the farm. Also Akeem our driver was super sweet and most of all, he was a very safe driver. He definitely made sure we felt safe.

Tomalo is the most amazing host I’ve ever had! His energy, love and enthusiasm show with every detail that he has taken to procure the experience he shares on his farm. From hand sanitizer and distancing to natural soap he pulls straight from the plant for you to clean with. My Partner and I are both world travelers and have each visited Jamaica multiple times and to put it simply; to see, feel, taste, and smell Jamaica there’s no better place to go! Akeem was super safe and courteous as well , he picked us up from our resort and told us great details to help for our day. He also has a solid reggae selection to help get you through the Jamaican traffic which can be a bit heavy. But you’re in good hands with these guys so just chill and enjoy the vibes! 🇯🇲

This experience was lovely because it was highly informative. It taught me about God’s provision and that all we ever need is already on this earth. We just need to recognize it and learn how to use it. Tomalo was hospitable and well-informed about his farm (as he should be). He was also highly generous to have his friends/family climb trees just bring down fruits for us to try because the fruit didn’t fall off the tree. His pineapples were the best I’ve ever had (no exaggeration because I detest pineapples) and the scenery was just amazing. Pictures and video will never do it justice. His price is also very cheap compared to all he had to offer! In the US, business like this would surely be over $100 with less hospitality and food to sample.

The Pineapple Farm was nothing short of phenomenal. We learned so much about farming, plants, the benefits of farming and got to taste the amazing fruit. Everything was beautiful and the farmers were so nice. They took their time and answered all of our questions. We learned so much about the agriculture and life on the land. We ate yam and had fresh oranges; pineapples, plums, and drank fresh coconut water. We came all the way from Chicago, North Carolina, Washington, DC and New York and had a blast. If you're thinking about whether or not this experience is worth it, don't think any more. Just book it. We highly recommend the farm and have been talking about it nonstop since we left. Thank you, Tomalo!
