What you'll do

The food in Malaysia is very diverse due to the mix of the three main racial categories, not to mention the many other ethnics that make up the whole Nation. We will be walking where the locals walk, eating what the locals eat and travel like the locals do. We will be sampling street food offered by the local communities along the journey. This is known as responsible tourism, where we lessen our carbon footprint, support the local community and enjoy the whole process of saving the planet.

We start in the middle of Kuala Lumpur where it all began. To sense the soul of the city, with the diversity of it's people. We will be covering the colonial area of KL. This will be a good place to take a lot of photos, as it is one of the most photographed places in KL. This walk will be a well balanced mix of history, culture, architecture and food. The idea of walking on this journey is to burn all the calories intake, we keep adding along the way.

We continue our journey to china town, where more food awaits... with almost a full tummy, we keep on searching for more things to eat... I highly encourage you, to have just a cup of coffee and probably a piece of bread before we start, because you don't want to be too full in the beginning of a food tour :) At the end of the walk, after all that food intake, I'm sure you'll understand why the food is what it is today in Malaysia.

I started off and currently still am a nature guide in one of the worlds’ largest and oldest man-made forest

After few years of guiding in the rainforest, I came across the art of guiding in the city

I have guided adventures that consist of people from all sorts of backgrounds, from the ages of 3 to 93

No matter how many times I go to the same place, I never get bored because there’s always something different and new to see and explore

The uniqueness of a country can be seen in the different mix of race, religion, culture, architecture, history, nature
and food …Malaysia offers exactly this

For me, the journey is the destination and everyday is a brand new day to be enjoyed to the fullest
