Together, we will make some elegant beautiful french patisserie in a fun way by using ingredients from all over the world, fresh yeast, french flour & butter, vanilla pod from Tahiti & Madagascar, ginger from Nepal or Java, Sugar from Meso-America etc. Share the experience and food with your family or friend you just meet.
I was born and raised in french concession in Shanghai, back in 2011, I decided to pursue a different life experience, so i moved to Lhasa, a town with an altitude of 3700M, w/o 4G network. My original purpose to study at Le Cordon Bleu was to combine the classic French with Tibetan ingredients and create something fusion and unique. Soon after i enrolled at the culinary school, i found myself falling in love with patisserie & Boulangerie. The earthy wheat smell, the kneading skill, chocolate tempering, etc. Everything attracts me. Now i’m Back to the place where I was born to share with u everything I know about food.
