What you'll do
Taught by Rita Ng, owner of Boston Bonbon, participants will be guided through the history of the macaron and the process of making your own batch of French Macarons (in fun Unique flavors). Classes Include: -1.5 hours preparation and step-by-step baking demo. Due to the short time frame, only some steps are hands-on. -Theory of the French macaron. -A Packet of original recipes - Each participant will participate "filling" of the macarons. They can create their own versions of flavors. -Each participant will bring home a box of 4 macarons (retail value at $8) that they make! But who is there to count if you eat more while we are baking! 2-16 guests per experience!

Where you'll be
We will meet at Boston Bonbon French Macaron company's classroom workspace or Headquarters/Storefront where all our macarons are made ! It is also a food incubator where we support other small food businesses like us.
Things to keep in mind
Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
