I've been working in reality TV for 15 years on shows like “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” and “Little People, Big World.” I'm a Hollywood veteran and I know a good idea when I hear one.

Where you'll be

We'll visit one of television’s most prolific producers of reality and non-fiction programming, both for broadcast and cable. Fully independent, the company employs more than 225 people in a state-of-the-art, 40,000 square-foot facility in Manhattan Beach, California.
