What you'll do
If you are looking for a person with whom you would like to spend time actively, jogging in beautiful forests of Tri-City, because you are not sure where to direct your steps, which trail to take and which running path will be the most beautiful in the area, I invite you to train with me.
Training sessions that I offer include outdoor jogging taking full advantage of the natural values of Tricity Landscape (a landscape park with an area of 19,930 ha located in the province Pomeranian). The session will include:
1. Warm up exercise - up to 15 min long
2. Running session - up to 1 hour long
3. Stretching - up to 15 min long
Running location will be adjusted to your skills and needs. For beginners I would recommend easier, flat trail, for intermediate forest trail running, including uphill and dwonhill jogging in splendid Gdańsk forests.
In addition, during our run, I will be happy to tell you about the terrain specifics of this area, taking into account the rich local fauna and flora.
I am sure that after our training you will feel special and rested, your body will feel regenerated having trained in forest high oxygen conditions, your mind destressed and, additionally, you will gain a handful of valuable information on what lives in the local forests.

I am not a trainer or coach. I treat sport as pure joy and I do recreational activities, but with great commitment. I can assist in finding the nicest locations for your time available for training.

Where you'll be
We will jog in the forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park, one of the largest and most diverse forest complexes stretching through three cities of the Tri-City, i.e. Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. The park offers dozens of running paths in a varied landscape, for beginners and advanced runners, beautiful views any time of the year, created thanks to the passage of the ice sheet and the processes associated with it, approx. 13-15 thousand. years ago.
