What you'll do
This 2-hour walking tour begins at Toronto City Hall. Here we learn the story immigration which has been so important to the city. We will go past many of the great landmarks in the city - Osgoode Hall, Campbell House, The Grange, AGO amongst others. We then spend some time in some of the coolest areas of the city including Queen Street West, Kensington Market, and Graffiti Alley.
No day is better in Kensington Market than "car-free Sundays". This tour is only scheduled for these days. Dave and/or Gerard will be your hosts for this tour. Both are founding employees with Buzz Tours and are highly rated, experienced guides of popular walking tours in downtown Toronto. Dave's background is in social-urban geography, while Gerard is a chef and knows first hand about the food scene in the city. Each guide brings a unique perspective to lively and colourful neighbourhoods which this tour take you through.

Where you'll be
While seeing some of the great sites of the city, the tour traces the flow of the immigrant in the development of the city of Toronto. We will track the immigrant flow from the old slums of St. John's Ward to the ever-changing face of Kensington Market.

The terrain on this tour is fairly flat. If rain is in the forecast, your guide will have a limited number of umbrellas available. Your guide will also have sunscreen and a first aid kit.
