What you'll do
This is shorter yoga hike option! We will meet in a grassy area (perhaps under a tree) and have a quick meet and greet. Then we will have a 20 - 30 minute yoga class to get warmed up/stretched. We will put our yoga mats back in the cars and embark on an approximately 30-45 hike through Cromwell Valley Park. Once we return to the start we will end with a cool down yoga flow.
Other things to note
Trails can get muddy and be wet and slippery. Please wear appropriate footwear. Hiking shoes are best, sneakers will also work. No sandals/flip flops unless they are hiking specific sandals. Unfortunately this is not a wheelchair accessible hike

My friends call me the "Queen of Hiking". I've been hiking since I was a child and practicing yoga since 2004. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2019 as well as aerial yoga teacher training. I've been hiking throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia for the past 20 years. Since many of us are not comfortable with going into gyms and studios why not do some yoga and get a hiking workout in outdoors? I can take you on some fun trails as well as lead you through a beginner friendly (or more challenging) yoga sequence!
Where you'll be
Cromwell Valley Park is located just north of Baltimore. It offers many different hiking experiences. There are fields, streams, hills, lots of deer, and some hidden gems. Sunsets here can be quite stunning as well.
