Although a Chicago native, I have lived in Italy and France and have made Scottsdale my home for the past 20 years. I have studied at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and at Classic Cooking Academy in Scottsdale with famed Chef Pascal Didier. There is no greater pleasure than taking my guests on a learning adventure about food and then breaking bread in the intimate environment of my outdoor patio - socially distancing observed. We will learn about local AZ food products and whats new in the food world. This tour has it all; history, architecture, exercise, sunshine, fresh air, delicious food and conversation. Come join me and lets create an unforgettable memory together for you in Scottsdale.

Run ! Don’t walk ! Wait, Bikes? This is an AMAZING tour!!! My office staff and booked the bike tour with Sharon, we love biking around cities and the thought of doing this tour with food tips with authentic Italian host SHARON , art , local knowledge abs cuisine was something we were looking forward to. Sharon did not dissapoint. Her local knowledge of his City was great and the art stops were excellent. The culinary electric bike tour started at Phattire electric bikes. and it was was the best staff team event we’ve had yet! We ended the day with a HUGE charcuterie board at Sharon’s private home .... and she also provided a taco food feast Sharon Mader her own sangria for us and her conversation was amazing !!! Sharon made in her own studio. Plenty of flavor, great choices and excellent information , all in all a fantastic tour, we would thoroughly recommended everyone to try this. We would say its the best work / team we have done and Sharon was friendly and made us feel right at home!
