Hi, I’m Bill – a science educator, engineer and author with a mission: to help foster a scientifically literate society and to help people understand and appreciate the science that makes our world work. Making science entertaining and accessible is something I’ve been doing most of my life. An engineer by trade, I was able to combine my love of science with a flair for comedy in the creation of the Emmy award-winning television program “Bill Nye the Science Guy.” Today I continue to use my platform to raise awareness of climate change and the value of critical thinking, science, and reason.
