What you'll do

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life. Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Yoga outside in the great outdoors takes all of this benefit to the next level!

We will met, connect and share as we explore one of the Charleston County Parks and use this outdoor space as our ever changing "yoga studio." Outside and accessible for all levels of yoga, we will stretch our bodies and our minds.

Itinerary
1. Welcome and introductions
2.Gentle hike (paved trails)*
3. Yoga break
3. Hike continues
4. Final yoga session
5. Cool-down and refreshments

Guests will leave feel refreshed and energized; they will experience little know aspects of the Charleston landscape; due to the unpredictable nature of nature, no two tours will ever be the same.

*Fun Fact: Fans of Netflix series "Outer Banks" will enjoy seeing where some scenes from the show were shot on the park!

Please note that I am not a botanist or expert in the names of the plants/animals. However, there is a Park Center with park employees who can answer questions following the experience.
