By the end of the tour, I can honestly say this was good fun but there were alot of things that were very poor. Here are the top 6: 1.Host is not Perla and associated means of contact via this app do not go to Perla or any of the other tour guides on the ground, so are next to useless, when lost and trying to find guide. 2.Air B&B experience app had outdated information on it about meeting place and route of tour. 3. Having eventually got hold of someone who could help, there was no acknowledgment of how anxiety provoking and aggravating it was to be told that the tour you should be on had changed route without you being informed and is currently several miles away. 4. Host was really funny and engaging and once we found them did manage to make sure we had a nice time. I do feel like for 25 pounds per person, so 100 pounds for our household, there should have been a greater quantity of cheese and alcoholic beverages to make it worth our while. 5.For all the inconvenience, j feel we should be entitled to a refund on the basis of the stress that was caused by poor organisation and communication of SeeYourCity Tour Operators. 6. Social distancing was not in operation at all, not through any deliberate acts, but because walking through some of the busiest parts of Bristol on a Saturday did not feel like the most Covid safe route, and I do think there were quieter was they could have lead us through.
