What you'll do

Come to my sea view villa and learn to cook the tastiest and healthy vegan/plant-based 3 course meals along with future friends ending with us eating together by the pool.

We’ll all gather around my outdoor kitchen and prep together. I’ll be explaining why I pair certain foods together, why I avoid certain others drawing on my 12 years experience cooking a vegan diet for athletes. Each one of you will participate in the making of the meal. Afterwards we'll all gather around the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

My goal is for you to leave with a new found love for cooking vegan meals realising that you can truly make delicious food that’s good for you and isn’t too difficult. By the end of it a new group of friends sharing a similar passion for plant based eating will be formed.

I’ve been a vegan athlete for the past 12 years. When I was in university, having access to medical and nutritional journals I did a lot of research and stumbled up a huge amount studies. What I found seemed to unequivocally show that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, beans, greens and seeds (and low in animal and processed foods) resulted in the best possible life and healthspan than any other way of eating. Therefore I tried it out 12 years ago and got ridiculed by my sports team...until my performance started skyrocketing and I started winning. I’ve never looked back. I’ve since open a cycling specific retreat (where you’ll be) and cater almost exclusively a vegan diet.

Where you'll be

You’ll be at my villa where I host cyclists and other sports people. It’s a very chilled atmosphere by the pool. We’ll be cooking and prepping in my outside kitchen.
