What you'll do

A truly mindful person is fully aware of his actions in every realm of his life. We often eat while watching a TV or scrolling on social media simultaneously, which makes us unaware of every detail of the food we are eating - the taste, seasoning, texture, aroma, and even how the food makes us feel physically and emotionally. This unawareness also makes us chew and eat faster, which in turn leads to indigestion and different gut health concerns. This is especially the case when it comes to snack foods and desserts. So in this experience, we'll learn how to apply mindfulness in everyday activities like cooking and eating.

First, we will prepare together a delicious, healthy, and nutritious treat - RAW VEGAN EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH. I will lead you through the recipe and the process of making this easy yet very satisfying and healthy treat, that everyone in your family will absolutely love. We will switch in the mindfulness in the preparation process, that will connect you more deeply with the food you're making and will season it with good energy and love, which is often said to be the secret ingredient. Then, we will mindfully taste the treat together.

How to participate

  • 1 cup unsweetened and unsalted peanut or almond butter
  • 1 2/4 cups oat flour (gluten free if needed preferred)
  • 1/2 cup Agave syrup /maple syrup / raw honey
  • 2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 2 tbst Cocoa powder

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist of the 2016 Rio Games. I'm currently actively training for 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

I’ve learned yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy from Yoga master Vladimir Kalabin, Buddhist monks, and image medicine master Xu Mingtan at Shaolin temple, and I've been practicing it for over 10 years.

I've been studying and practicing trigger point and myofascial release techniques for several years through my athlete's career. I'm also a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S.

From these approaches, I know how to sync with the body and the power around and within us. I've learned how to manifest consciousness to its full potential and help incorporate these lessons into your life.
