What you'll do

Come learn and experience the skills of mindfulness, bushcraft and shinrin-yuko (forest bathing) in the serene setting of a local woodland. Enjoy the benefits of the sessions throughout the day whilst also learning the tools you need to apply the practice to your own life.

In terms of conservation, rewilding means restoring land to an uncultivated state by enabling natural processes to repair damaged ecosystems; for the purpose of creating wilder, more biodiverse habitats.
So in terms of rewilding yourself, the process and the purpose is similar to that of rewilding the land.
We use researched, developed and established techniques that enable natural processes to revitalise and rejuvenate you.

The course will include:
- A series of guided sessions of mindfulness and forest bathing designed to rekindle a connection with nature.
- Practical sessions of bushcraft: basic beginner skills including shelter building and fire-starting.
- A fully prepared lunch.

Our aim is for you to leave feeling revitalised and reinvigorated with a stronger connection to nature, and to feel inspired to continue developing the relationship for a more harmonious, balanced, zestful life.
