What you'll do
Escape the city for a while, contact me to discuss dates and times that meet your needs. After introductions and a warm-up, we'll go for a trail run through the beautiful South Downs National Park—one of the UK's newest national parks. You’ll challenge yourself along some beautiful and varied paths, including the forest to the East and the open spaces of the West. I will also take you up Butser Hill, one of the highest points on the South Downs, where you'll experience some amazing views which stretch for miles. There will be plenty of time allowed to catch your breath, make conversation, and take photos. If you’re new to trail running don't worry, I will provide tips and tricks on running styles, mind games, breathing techniques, and mastering difficult terrains on the way. If you'd prefer to hike the South Downs then check out my other experience.
I'm an experienced runner, cyclist, and qualified gym instructor who enjoys being outdoors. I love using my professional continuous improvement skills to coach and mentor people. I also wrote a best selling book about my running which is an Amazon best-seller called The Diary of an Average Runner
