What you'll do

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – 30-MINUTE CLASS for a FULL BODY WORKOUT to burn up to 30% more calories than conventional training.

The class will start with a Warm Up period followed by the WOD (Workout Of the Day) and a Finisher. The necessary equipment will be provided.

Train to your own pace and level. The exercices can be adjusted to beginners and options offered to more advanced participants. elleFITNESS’s mission is to inspire you to progress without stress or complexes.

Come to let off steam and be amazed at what you are capable of in a friendly, dynamic and stimulating atmosphere.
Other things to note
Don't be intimidated by the word INTENSIVE. Our classes are for all levels, we will give options to beginners to make it easier and options for more advanced people needing extra challenge.

Je recommande vivement ce cours de sport intense.  La formule 30min m’a permis de ne pas me sentir lésée sur mon agenda du reste de la journée, la prof est super avenante et ma donne des conseils afin d’effectuer les exercises de façon correcte et sécuritaire.

Moi qui avait besoin de dépenser de l'énergie j'ai été servi :)) L'entraînement ne dure que 30 minutes mais c'est amplement suffisant, c'est intense, diversifié et divertissant. La coach maintenait la cadence avec humour mais elle avait l'oeil sur tous les participants s'assurant que tout le monde exécutait les mouvements de façon sécuritaire. J'ai appris des petits trucs pour ameliorer mes push up. Super belle expérience !!!

Exactly what I look for in a training environment; clean, non-intimidating, incredibly welcoming and motivating. Nadi was amazing, she was able to explain each exercise clearly and always made sure that I did it properly to avoid injuries, if I/or someone else wasn't able to specifically do an exercise due to past issues, she gave several alternatives. I will definitely go back and I recommend this experience to anyone looking to stay fit, turn over a new leaf or work off that late night poutine. Thanks Nadi!!!

Nadi is THE BEST Gym in MTL! Nadi is amazing. Everything from the cleanliness and care she puts into keeping the gym in tip top shape to the awesome playlists; every workout is adjective and positive. I can't say enough. I am addicted I will be coming back next week for more courses for sure! I highly recommend to other people in Montréal ;-)
