What you'll do

Enjoy an off-the-beaten-path to Self-Development adventure in the middle of Seattle—located just 2 miles north of Pike Place, this mindful urban hike* begins in the famous, floating-home neighborhood of Eastlake. We’ll meet at the local artesian bakery, and enjoy a nice chat. Then we'll go over the mindfulness lesson. Followed by some exercises to solidify the practice. Afterwards we’ll head out to join Nature. We'll hike up the hill, we'll explore some incredibly unique Emerald City parks & hidden gardens. As we ascend through the urban jungle, get your toes ready for picturesque views. Get your cells ready to enhance their vibrations. Get your mind ready for a guided meditation that overlooks the water, the city, & the highway while refreshing the senses. And MUCH MORE: weave through the neighborhoods better than a local...reignite your Inner Child, spend quality time with maginificant trees and stunning flowers...reclaim your curiosity, find & identify local edible plants...discover new perspectives, embrace new possibilities...make a wish. This experience ends at the Magical Wishing Tree in Capitol Hill. Visit our website https://7daysPresent.com for ideas about what to do after. Learn more about Deyani

Deyani

As a decade+ Yogi who founded https://deydreaming.com (a website for people who Create), I practice what I preach. I've meditated all around the world incl. wonderful places where I've actually lived; like Southern California, Colorado, Italy, Dominican Republic, Mexico & China. About four years ago, while I was meditating on a dock on Lake Union, I felt my spirit grow roots like a Willow tree sitting by the edge of the water—just like that, I knew that I finally found home. I've barely left since, the Emerald City has everything a writer/creative/yogi ever needs! I look forward to sharing some of Seattle's gems with you—as well as a few mindfulness tools that helped me get here. For more, check out my other AirBnB experiences. Start with: Private club, Yoga class, Pizza. *Contact me for special requests. #enjoyYourPRESENT
