Hi my name is David and I want to share with you my tricks in molecular gastronomy. It blends physics and chemistry to transform the look and texture of food. The result? New and innovative culinary experiences. You'll learn how to work with sea weeds source ingredients to make airs, foams, hot and cold gels to transform an ordinary English breakfast in a more sophisticate one. Once you've mastered these, techniques you'll create your own molecular food! You will get: appetisers, molecular English breakfast including a molecular-dessert and the first glass of wine.
Hola! I'm David. I am a chemist certified from Harvard University in Science and Cooking. Founder of Pencil & Fork, based in London. We provide learning experiences through food. Our motto: learn, eat, enjoy, socialise. After living and learning in Spain, France and in the US, I want to share with you my passion in molecular gastronomy fusion tapas for you to create wow dishes!

We will conduct this workshop in a cozy Mediterranean dining room in Worcester Park, just 25 minutes from Waterloo station. The venue is at Fitzroy house-suite 12, just opposite to Barclays bank. Only 2 min walk from Worcestar rail station. Free street parking on Sundays.
