What you'll do

2h course with 5 stops including:
- a welcome drink stop at Place Poelaert
- 4 other stops to taste small dishes cooked by 4 different restaurants (3 savory, one sweet):
- A stop in the Marolles (antiques district)
- A stop in the Center (with a visit to the brand new food market)
- A stop in the lively district of the Bourse
- A stop in the magnificent Sainte Catherine district to finish.

The good news is that you are your own guide and you can enjoy the experience at your own pace!

At the start of the walk, you will receive an envelope with all the materials necessary to make the most of the experience (biodegradable cutlery, recycled paper napkins and route booklet).

Since its creation 3 years ago, our event agency was in full progress when this health crisis arrived, so we thought about a new concept that not only allows us to create new experiences as we are used to to do at Balance Event Design, but also to support a sector also very affected by this crisis, namely the hospitality industry.

Our project is called La Dalle.

This is a culinary journey through the city. The concept is simple, noon and evening, participants are invited to go to a starting point from which they will discover 5 establishments chosen by us to enjoy a mini-dish to take away. Our selection is based on different criteria: the quality of the cuisine of course, but also the aesthetic identity and atmosphere of the place.

Departure from Place Poelaert, with a breathtaking view of Brussels and arrival at Quai aux Briques (in the heart of the city).

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 15 and up can attend.
