What you'll do
You'll be welcome with appetizer, we will seat around a big table where I will introduce you to the philosophy of the food coming from Parma and around. Parmigiano Reggiano e Prosciutto di Parma tasting will bring you metaphorically into the hills where I was born and rase.
We will make together and taste Ravioli with herbs and ricotta, Tagliolini with prosciutto di Parma, Taglitagliata arugula , Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic vinegar from Modena (beef slice with parmigiano arugula and balsamic vinegar from Modena), Pasticciera Cream with strawberries as dessert.
This experience will give the opportunity to learn how to make the original pasta homemade and ravioli the way my grandmother use to do it. Dining is an important part of the experience, guest will bring wine that Ill suggest to do the wine paring with the menu.

Wow, what a great time! We were traveling around the holidays and decided to give this a go since we love Italian food and one of us loves to cook a lot. Luca was ready when we arrived with a spritz drink and we'd brought along a couple of quality bottles of Italian wine. We had some fabulous appetizers that he prepared, baked some bread, and made pasta from scratch (two kinds actually), plus sauce, all with Luca's help. He's a fabulous host and we spent the entire evening having a super-engaging time and the food turned out great! Highly recommended as an experience! Give it a shot!!!
