We are Shea & Diego and this is our company FITZ.

FITZ was inspired by the rewarding experiences a traveller's curious mindset can bring while out exploring the world or re-discovering one's own city. Especially by bike.

Our staff and guides apply this contagious mindset to the experiences that we've created and host for our guests & friends. We always aim for our travellers to feel a little more local, and for the locals to feel a little more like travellers.

We've been running Bike Tours in Montreal since 2009, Toronto & Quebec City since 2019. Our team is very carefully chosen, and we have been working hard together to adapt our routes before re-opening safely and smartly.

The good news is that our experiences have always featured green areas, tucked-away spots, better views, and paths / trails to move about at a safe distance!

Our tour guide Daniel was brilliant, so informative and was able to tell us so much history about the different areas of Montreal! I’ve never done a bike tour before but would definitely recommend this one!

It was an amazing experience. There were parts of town that I could not discover on my own and know the stories behind them. I highly recommend this bike tour.

They are proactive and preponed my trip as it was supposed to rain heavily, the day I had the booking. Marco was an amazing tour guide. He showed us tour of Montreal, which was very refreshing. Got a perspective into Montreal's unique vibe, culture, and history. Loved the experience overall and would highly recommend this one.

I would highly recommend booking a guided bike tour with these guys. The guide, Catherine, was friendly and knowledgeable. It was relaxing and so captivating. Most of Montreal is flat and you could see so much of it on a bike. The only thing is that if you're new to the city and not familiar with where everything is, you may not where to go and where to explore. That's why I really enjoyed this experience. I got to see and learn so much in those 3 hours! It was incredible!
