What you'll do

On our small group walking tour of Toronto (the world's most culturally diverse city), you will see and learn about some the city's great landmarks including the Rogers Centre, the CN Tower, Toronto's Harbourfront, the Dog Fountain, Brookfield Place and the Flat Iron Building. The walk ends at the St. Lawrence Market, considered one the world's best food markets, so bring your appetite.

On occasion the tour heads into Toronto's PATH. Hundreds of thousands of residents use this mostly underground labyrinth to get around the downtown area during those days when the weather is not so nice.

Bring your camera your walking shoes and your questions!

I am a long term resident of downtown Toronto, with a degree in Social Urban Geography. Many of my university papers were written about the growth of the city and the changing make up of the population.
I have traveled extensively, and I am very proud to call Toronto my home, and I look forward to showing you this great city.
I have personally hosted this tour for 3 years, and enjoy both walking and talking with guests from around the world.
The tour group size is limited, so that myself and each guest on the tour have the opportunity to talk along the the walk.

Please send me a message if you or your group is interested in scheduling this tour as a private tour.

Where you'll be

This tour will take in some of the key areas of the city, such as the Old Town, with it's historic buildings, including the Flat Iron Building and the St. Lawrence Market. The tour will also head along Toronto's beautiful Harbourfront where we discover the spot where the locals go to 'get away' from the city.

The tour will even head underground on the city's PATH network. We will see the sights but use this underground maze to get to them.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Dave. It was slightly rainy and cold that day, but it was all worth it. Dave knows so much about Toronto, what's in the future while keeping in mind the rich history of the area. Worth every penny!

Dave was an amazing guide, he’s super knowledgeable and took us to great must see spots! He also has a great attitude and was super accommodating. We had issues meeting up with the group due to a flight delay and he was very responsive and solution oriented. I’d highly recommend him to anyone visiting Toronto!
