What you'll do

During this fun experience, you can learn to make two different kind of sardinian pasta: the famous "FREGULA", which is very similar to the Arab couscous for its shape and consistency; and the "MALLOREDDUS", small gnocchi, which are usually served with fresh sausage and saffron ragù. The first 30 minutes of the activity will be dedicated to the preparation of the basic dough, obtained with only 3 ingredients ( semolina, water and salt), while in the following hours, with the tutoring of an expert cook, you will dedicate yourself to the realization of the 2 different pasta shapes shown. The total duration of the experience will be approximately 2 h 30 . At the end of this experience, you will take home the product obtained during the class, then cook it and share it with your family or friends.
