I am in the world of Mexican beer more than 6 years ago. It's a world that I keep learning, tasting and drinking. My contribution is that new people get involved and know more about the beer culture in Mexico. I am currently working as a brand ambassador for an important beer in Mexico. This has given me the opportunity to meet breweries inside and outside the country, accompanied by my great ally: the bike; as well as taking courses and being able to be judge to qualify beers, but above all, be part of a world that I would like to share with you.

Where you'll be

We will start our route with an emblematic brewery in the heart of the Roma neighborhood, famous for its architecture, art and culture. We will continue in a garden, where the producers are from the state of Querétaro. We will finish with another brewery located in one of the most popular corners, where you can enjoy the authentic local atmosphere and various national drinks.

Due to her being almost half an hour late, we only got to go to 2 tastings, not 3. She was apologetic about it and she was a lovely young lady. I thought I paid a lot of money to have those beer samples and I was a bit disappointed.

A great opportunity for beer enthusiasts to get to know the craft beer scene in Roma Norte. Paola is very knowledgeable and selected a great range of drinks to try from some awesome breweries. She passed along lots of other recommendations in the neighborhood too as we went from place to place. Definitely recommend for fellow beer nerds!

Paola provided a fun, friendly experience. First stop was a brewery not normally open to the public and the other two places were pubs serving local craft beer. Paola gave beer recommendations for each location and introduced staff at each place. Since I had already been to the planned third location (a brewpub) she adjusted the itinerary and we went to a different place; I appreciated the flexibility. She shared her insider perspective as a craft beer industry employee during the experience. If you like craft beer I think you'll want to do this.

We went to three different breweries, including one that is not open to the public. The brewmasters have given Paula complete access to their breweries, allowing her show me the all the equipment. Good Mexican craft beer, a built in walking tour of Roma Norte, and great conversation with Paula. Highly recommend!!

Great tour! Paola works in the beer industry so has a really good knowledge of the beer in Mexico City and she's very friendly. Our flight came in late and she was flexible with the schedule which was very nice of her. Definitely recommend this tour!

Paola is amazing. Her tour was a highlight of my trip to Mexico City. Although I was the sole participant in this experience, Paola made me feel like a friend -- it was as though we were long-time acquaintances who were simply having drinks after work. She took me to some places I never would have otherwise discovered, including a location that's not even open to the public (she has very good connections in the industry). We got to practice our Spanish and English while enjoying some amazing beer from local neighborhoods. I absolutely recommend this experience, and I will be doing it again with Paola the next time I am in CDMX.
