※If there is hope for the date and time, Please say it.
I will hold the class according to your wishes as much as I can!!

Takoyaki is a ball-shaped snack that is the most beloved street food in all the festivals in Japan. I'll teach you how to make the inside soft, and the outside nicely crunchy. Once you learn how to make authentic takoyaki, you can serve these bite-size pieces of heaven at parties to make your family or friends smile. We'll also try making them not only with octopus, but also with kimchi and cheese. Takoyaki goes well with many different ingredients, so you can be creative and explore making your own takoyaki at home.
Other things to note

I'm a mother of two kids and a huge fan of traveling like you are. I backpacked all over the world when I was a student, and I have never forgotten the amazing food I had during my trip. I always wished I had learned how to make those dishes, so I could make them in my own home. That experience inspired me to create my own Japanese cooking class for travelers visiting Japan. You may think Japanese food is difficult to make, but if you know the right techniques, you can make authentic Japanese cuisine even if you're a novice.

My takoyaki class was a very fun way to try a different type of Japanese food and meet two fun instructors. Would strongly recommend.

We left this experience extremely happy, satisfied and excited to practice our new skills. Yumi and her assistant were so hospitable and kind. We wished that we had taken more of her classes. Yumi made it so easy and fun to learn how to cook. They were so friendly we almost didn’t want to leave. They even gave us suggestions on where to visit after the class. They were also so excited to learn that I was pregnant and I can feel how caring they were. Can’t wait to come back to Japan so our baby can meet their new Japanese grandmothers! We’ll definitely recommend Yumi to any of our friends going to Tokyo.

I had a great time with Yumi and Akky! They were both immensely kind and patient and were so much fun to talk to. They gave a bunch of suggestions for places to go afterwards, including where to buy the takoyaki pan. The location is right on kappabashi street, so there are a ton of local cooking ware and knife shops to go to. Overall I'd definitely recommend people to try out any of Yumi's classes!

Great experience. Yumi is a kind and lovely host, exceeded my expectations completely. For western users maybe the language makes the experience not very fluid, but real fun and the address indicatons can be improved, we had to guess once or twice ti make It there. Well spent money.
