What you'll do

We will learn together how to make bread using a mother yeast starter and we will discover how a simple dough with water and flour becomes an excellent food!! In the first part of the lesson we will talk about the history of the wheat and its different varieties and finally ….let’s knead!
Other things to note
Guests have nothing to bring! I will arrange all the necessary instruments and raw materials to start this “experience”!

We will stay in my house….where I usually cook and bake bread! So we will use the typical instruments of a home kitchen and we will learn how to make bread in this way!

Fabiana has extensive bread training with top bread experts in Italy! She teaches with passion and patience, making everyone feel comfortable and confident to be able to make beautiful bread at home. I went home with the dough I made in her class and baked a delicious loaf of bread in my own oven!!! If you are in the Milan area and love bread I highly recommend this class. I wish I could take the pizza class she also offers!! Oh well, next time!
