What you'll do
Taste and roast fresh coffees from around the world to take home with you! You'll start with a popcorn popper and then move to an industrial coffee roaster and roast coffee like the pros! We'll be tasting and roasting all types of single origin coffees along the way! Probably best to not drink coffee beforehand!
Other things to note

I'm a former National Team athlete who tried coffee on 3 continents. I enjoyed the nuanced taste of high quality coffee and the connection I built with others around the world. It compelled me to begin a small e-commerce business that helped local roasters sell their coffee direct to consumers.
I've since moved to Austin where I work in the tech industry and own an industrial coffee roaster in my home. I run a D2C coffee business as a passion project and mainly roast for my friends and myself. Come roast and brew some coffee with me on some amateur and professional gear! We'll learn how to roast and brew high quality coffee at home, learn more about each other, and get rather caffeinated :)

As someone who drinks coffee daily, it was awesome to see how the bean roasting process works... and to participate in roasting! Eric was a great host as well. He was so welcoming and friendly, and knew so much about coffee! Highly recommend this experience to anyone, it was such a fun day. Thanks Eric.
