AN OCEANSIDE MORNING OF REINVIGORATING BREATHWORK IN NATURE

Breathwork Coach Scott Janzen welcomes you to ground yourself in Nature at Barnet Beach and learn about Breathing Techniques, Cold Exposure and Physical Control. Find out how you can use your breath and cold exposure to connect body & mind, and tap into your inner source or energy and peace.

This nature setting breathwork session will provide natural benefits to all participants. If you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out how resilient you are to the cold, this session will bring you closer to nature and energize you for your day.

The program kicks off with an introduction to breathwork, and always includes a breathing session, push-ups and an (optional) ocean soak. Time is provided after the soak to dry off, change and gather with the group to share and ask questions of Coach Scott.

What to bring:

Clothes suited to being outdoors for the weather of the day

Swim wear, towel, Flip flops, Sports wear, Yoga mat

Park in the Barnet Marine Park Parking lot:

From the parking lot, it's a 7min walk to the beach directly west of the Barnet Inlet Sign. This is where we will have the Breathwork session.

The location was absolutely stunning and secluded. You would never think that you're next to a big city. Scott was friendly and made me feel welcome. He took time to explain the techniques. And for the rest of the experience, it was life changing. It helped me find mental clarity and really connect with my body. I beat my breath-hold record and managed to do more pushups than I've done in a long time. I left the experience feeling like a new man. Amazing. I totally recommend it!

Amazing experience with an excellent super host. If you are looking for more mindfulness in your life, more peace, a better connection with nature, and if you want to learn the power of breath, this experience is for you. Breath work is what yoga used to be. If you haven't tried it yet I definitely recommend this with Scott as your guide.

Breathwork is most effective experienced on an empty stomach. If you need to eat, please have an extremely light meal. Come with an open mind and ready to participate 100%, you will benefit most from pushing past what you think are your limits.
