I scheduled this experience for a team building work event that included more than two dozen people across the country/world. About half way through the experience, the host was disconnected due to a power outage. As a remote team, we are understanding of system issues and I immediately reached out to the host asking if we could re-schedule for another time. I sent over different times that would work and did not receive a response. She said she needed to check on the second time but then never got back to me. The suggested date is for tomorrow and at this point I still have not heard from the host and do not have enough time to coordinate schedules for everyone. For the amount we paid, I am extremely disappointed.
