What you'll do

I will be hosting a circuit training session consisting of a introduction where we will get to know each other and I will take you through what we are doing before going into a Warm Up which is about 5 minutes long.

The Circuit will have six stations consisting of 1. Press Ups. 2. Chair Dips. 3. Medicine Ball Chest Passes (laying on the floor.) If you do not have a Medicine Ball use a large water bottle instead. 4. Sit Ups. 5.High And Low Planks. 6. Rucksack Twists fill a rucksack wight weight whether that is actual weights, books or tins it does not matter! Weight is Weight!

Each exercise will be a minute long and the aim is to do as many repetitions as possible but do not be afraid to take a breather or adapt it to suit your needs for example bringing your legs closer when doing a Chair Dip so less weight is on your arms. All I want is for you to enjoy yourself and try your best! There will be a 30 second rest in between stations and a 2 minute rest after each circuit. We will complete 3 - 4 circuits! Then a couple minutes Cooling Down!

At the end there will be a Q&A so do not be afraid to ask questions! Also feel free to ask questions at the start and during the session as well ! So bring a pen and paper! Enjoy!

Sport and fitness is my life! I am a 19 year old Student Athlete who has a passion for sport like no other. I am a wheelchair racer and have been for over 7 years. I train twice a day following a set programme from my coaches which has led me to represent my region on countless occasions and winning numerous medals and picking up Junior National Titles along the way . My greatest achievement so far is representing GB in the 100m, 200m and 400m events at last summers World Junior Championships and I am determined to make sure it will not be the last time!

I also have a wealth of knowledge in sport having studied Physical Education through School and College and now I am studying Sport Development at University. I also gained my Fitness Instructing qualification last year scoring 100% on my exam.

It will be an upper-body focused series that will leave you happy and sore. Ben is great and this is a bargain.
