What you'll do
Before the experience, you are very welcome to send me your family tree chart to my email info@mindfulgenealogy.com . We will talk about it during the experience. If you don't have it already, you may write to me your email address and I will send you an empty family chart. In the experience you will be in a quiet room of your home, possibly sitting on a chair. There will be three parts. First, few minutes of breathing exercises for the right state of mind. Second: I will examine your tree, aiming to point out the “inheritance” and the repeating patterns, giving my suggestions. Third: a short meditation. It is a unique approach, designed by me in many years of expertise in different disciplines and in 16 years of professional genealogy. The family tree itself is a healing experience. By filing the family tree, we build up an inner home where we live confortably, and solid roots to sustain us in life.

What to bring
- if you already have a family tree chart, you can bring it. If you don't have, no worries, you can print the empty form I will have sent you or you can draw a similar one tree on a simple paper sheet.
- photos of your ancestors ( only if you have them, not mandatory),

After studying Latin, Ancient Greek and history, I began to research my family tree. After this, I decided to search for family trees for others and I have been working as professional genealogist for more than 16 years, being member of Association of Professional Genealogists. During the years, I developed my awareness about the importance of genealogy, as a way for individual and family harmony, by collecting hundreds of cases. I accompanied many descendants in their ancestor’s land . I studied how genealogy is considered in different cultures. Essential part of my education is a long-term Qigong learning and teaching path .
