What you'll do

We'll welcome you into our home in Bangkok virtually! Dwight, Panisha, and team will share about their charity, Thai food culture, and cook with you during this class.

Each class lasts an hour, which is only enough time to cook one recipe. Due to the limited time, we provide lots of supplementary info to help with shopping for unfamiliar ingredients.

Book our public class FIRST to choose from beginner recipes like pad see ew noodles, tom kha soup, and green curry.

OR

Book a private class for your family or group with more recipe options, including pad thai, penang curry, cocktails, and more!

We also offer multi-session courses on advanced topics like Thai plant based vegan recipes, curry paste making, and homemade tofu/tempeh.

We're enthusiastic about our vegetarian and vegan recipes. If you have any other dietary needs please let us know.

Pricing is per student, not per device. Your seat in the public class includes access to 6 of our favorite Thai recipes, while private class students can access 15+ recipes. Be sure to send us your email address for access to the recipe courses.

Private bookings are also an hour but can be up to 90 mins depending on the schedule. Booking in advance is best.

Please note our time zone is ICT and there may be a delay in replying to inquires.

We had a private curry cooking class with Dwight and it was awesome! Dwight is very nice and polite and told us a lot about the recipe as well as gave us some new cooking tips. He was cooking along with us and we could see the process via zoom and cook ourselves at the same time. That was really helpful! Our curries turned out delicious!

Awesome experience! Dwight is a fantastic host. He made sure I knew exactly what I needed ahead of time , and it was fun and easy to follow along. My green curry was delicious! Great recipe that I’ll be able to easily replicate in the future. Highly recommended!

Dwight and Panisha were extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable, and expert chef hosts and teachers! All through the booking process and experience, they helped us personalize a very meaningful cooking class that three generations of my family absolutely enjoyed. My grandmother was even converted to loving Thai food as a result! I look forward to rejoining them for another class in the future and appreciate their wealth of cultural knowledge and history of the cuisine as well as generous teaching and interpersonal style that was so welcoming to all of us.

Fun class! Make sure to read the directions well before the class and look for the ingredients at least one week before since they are not easy to find.
