What we’ll do

The coffee lab will begin with a glimpse into the coffee farmer's journey from crop to cup (i.e. the coffee tree, harvesting the fruit, and its processing) in a short film that will cover coffee history and the legendary goat that discovered coffee in Ethiopia. Where you'll be

This experience takes place at our mountain chalet nestled at 7000 ft in the tree-lined forest of Big Bear. We will taste many coffees from different regions and various brew methods; we will even roast coffee. Come and get to know the amazing coffees I roast at sea level on Catalina Island weekly and compare the high altitude coffee we will roast in this lab.
