What you'll do
This experience is an online cooking class. An internet access environment and communication device (PC with camera, smartphone, tablet) are essential. The experience starts with the guest and host preparing their own ingredients and tools.
[Cooking menu: Chicken Ramen]
Make noodles and soup from scratch. Enjoy ramen making at home using ingredients that are easily available in any country. You do not use pasta machines to make noodles and cut them with a kitchen knife. Please contact us in advance as you can change to vegan ramen.
[Flow until experience day]
After making a reservation, the host will send you a "preparation list". This is a file that explains ingredients and tools with photos. If you have this list, it will be easier to prepare unfamiliar Japanese ingredients!
[Flow of experience day]
The host will broadcast the cooking method on LIVE, so please set the communication device in a place where you can easily see it. Ideally, the host can see your face and hands!
The experience starts with making broth. Next, knead the flour to make the dough for the noodles and let the dough rest for a while. Meanwhile, let's prepare for toppings. Spread the dough thinly and cut into thin noodles with a kitchen knife. After seasoning the broth to complete the soup, boil the noodles and serve on a bowl with toppings!
After the experience is over, we will send you the recipe file so that you can cook the same dish at any time.
[Other notes]
If you have any ingredients that you cannot get, please feel free to contact us in advance. Please contact us in advance as we will respond to dietary restrictions as much as possible.

Fumi's hobby is traveling abroad. I have traveled to countless countries. The hospitality I received from the people I met at that time is still my treasure. In November 2016, Fumi started a company that welcomes foreign visitors to Japan. And we started hosting a Japanese restaurant & cooking class named Sakura Cook.
Fumi's younger sister, Miyuki, has supported her sister and has been devoting herself to hospitalizing guests from overseas.
Fumi has been holding cooking classes for foreigners since January 2017, so we fully understand what our guests want to learn and how to tell them. I would like to share the cultural background through Japanese cuisine, such as knowledge of seasonal ingredients and seasonings unique to Japan, rather than simply teaching cooking techniques.
Look forward to seeing you all!
