What you'll do

If you suffer from muscle and joint pain, like back pain, neck stiffnes, carpel tunnel even troubles sleeping and migraines then this experience is made for you and your loved ones.

I’ll walk you through trigger point therapy, which is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Focusing on myofascial release, our session will relax contracted muscles, improve blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation. We’ll also stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. Interestingly, there are many small muscles that affect your daily life. What's unique about trigger point therapy is that you can apply it for pain that you’ve had for years. It can help with arthritis, joint pain, headaches, tooth pain, and even the quality of your vision. The experience will be adjusted to individual or group needs. I'll explain the importance and benefits of this therapy, how it works, and where the pain is coming from.

To release the trigger points, we’ll use different sizes of balls. E.g., a golf ball, tennis ball, lacrosse ball, softball, or baseball. We’ll also use a foam roller. Don’t worry if you don’t have some of this equipment, you can always use alternative methods.

I'm also a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S.

Paul is awesomely best. He was attentively listening to my pain and agony provided me the best solution with detail explanation of the causes. He taught me many techniques, stretches, therapy and exercises for my issue, had very interactive session. To be honest being an eminent Olympian he was very kind and polite. Brilliant, well informed, insightful and best therapist I have ever had in my life, answered every question of my mine. Strongly recommended!!!

I had a great trigger point session with Pauls. He really knows his stuff. I imagine training at such high levels, he has learnt ways to recover from injury and is very aware of the body.
