What you'll do
During this class you will have the chance to prepare your own PAELLA and SANGRÍA in a live interactive cooking class online. We will adapt the utensils and ingredients needed to those you already have or can easily find in your local grocery store.
WE will prepare the traditional PAELLA Valenciana, made with chicken and vegetables. However, YOU can adapt the recipe to a vegetarian option or to any dietary restrictions. If that is the case, please let us know in advance.
Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks so that you will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
At the end, we will give you written recipes and you will learn lots of tips!

Victoria is a professional chef born and raised in Sevilla. For more than 10 years she was living and working abroad on Germany, UK, Madrid and Barcelona as a pastry chef and chef de partie. She loves cooking and she will be delighted to show you more about the secrets of the Spanish cuisine.
Domenico’s passion for cooking started early, helping out at his uncle’s restaurant at the age of 13. Later he began his career as a cook, spending his professional years in Mallorca, where he learnt the secrets to making the perfect paella. Now living in Seville with his Sevillana wife, Dome enjoys teaching also at Taller Andaluz de Cocina.
Cooking and teaching really fascinates us and we are passionate about Paella, Spain’s most international dish. We love to teach people how to cook the authentic paella!

We had so much fun making paella with Victoria! She did an excellent job juggling different cooking environments and variations of the recipe. Even with a number of people with different ingredients and setups, she was very patient and knowledgeable and she seemed to enjoy the experience as much as we did! We recommend this experience for anyone who would like to learn how to make this classic dish. It was a great experience and the paella and sangría were delicious!

Dome led a very organized, well-paced, informative and successful cooking class. He expertly managed a group that were making different variations and amounts by keeping track of who was doing what and keeping us each on track so we could create amazing paella & sangria. The results were fantastic! I always imagined that making paella was complicated. Well, it's not!

Amazing experience - thank you Dome! I booked a private virtual paella class for my best friend's birthday, as we can't celebrate in person due to covid. The hosts were very accommodating, and accepted a booking for the middle of the night Spain time so that we could do the class at dinner time in Toronto. We had an amazing time and learned a ton.
