What you'll do

During this class you will have the chance to prepare your own PAELLA and SANGRÍA in a live interactive cooking class online. We will adapt the utensils and ingredients needed to those you already have or can easily find in your local grocery store.

WE will prepare the traditional PAELLA Valenciana, made with chicken and vegetables. However, YOU can adapt the recipe to a vegetarian option or to any dietary restrictions. If that is the case, please let us know in advance.

Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks so that you will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

At the end, we will give you written recipes and you will learn lots of tips!

How to participate

Victoria is a professional chef born and raised in Sevilla. For more than 10 years she was living and working abroad on Germany, UK, Madrid and Barcelona as a pastry chef and chef de partie. She loves cooking and she will be delighted to show you more about the secrets of the Spanish cuisine.

Domenico’s passion for cooking started early, helping out at his uncle’s restaurant at the age of 13. Later he began his career as a cook, spending his professional years in Mallorca, where he learnt the secrets to making the perfect paella. Now living in Seville with his Sevillana wife, Dome enjoys teaching also at Taller Andaluz de Cocina.

Cooking and teaching really fascinates us and we are passionate about Paella, Spain’s most international dish. We love to teach people how to cook the authentic paella!

We did this class for my 21st birthday, and it was a lovely experience. Dome was extremely patient with all of my group and made sure to check on everyone individually. The final product was well worth the wait. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun time making this hearty dish!

I didn’t realise that the hosts were teaching from Spain. This experience was incredibly authentic and fun. My social group and I had so much fun, came away with amazing food and sangria and great memories. Would 110% recommend this to anyone wanting to learn to cook paella or is seperate from family and friends by distance.

Superb! We were enjoying our time and appreciated Dome's patience in answering our questions, checking how we were doing and giving some tips to fix our mistakes. This was such a fun environment to learn in! Very easy to follow and very engaged. This was the most fun I've had in a long time and the amazing food was just a bonus.
