Online, you learn the secrets of wellbeing via active laughter. By the end of the session your positivity and mood will be fully refreshed.

You will embrace all the proven physical, psychological and physiological benefits that come from hearty laughter: enhanced mood, improved relationships, clear thinking, improved cardiovascular, more relaxed and resilient.

The session may be delivered by Catherine, myself, or both. Participants should willingly engage and have some water to keep hydrated. Each session teaches you to move from simulated to spontaneous laughter to use effectively during your usual day.

We start with a fun London laughing tour and warm-up. We guide you through various laughter activities, including some key ones that help you to lift your mood and build resilience.

There is an opportunity for 'free laughter' and we then cool down using proven humming techniques, a guided meditation, and an inspiring poem. We discuss how to practice laughter after the session.

How to participate

  • Join a video call
    Download Zoom for free on a desktop or mobile device. After you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join.
  • Book a private group
    Tom can host private groups of any size, up to 30 guests. Private group rates start at $214.

What to bring

  • Water to lubricate your laughter cogs and stay hydrated.
  • Wear loose clothing so that you can move and flex easily during the activities.
  • Have a chair nearby to sit on, as necessary.
  • Bring a willingness to laugh and an open mind to appreciate the benefits.

I am a professional Laughter Leader and coach trained to help people exploit their natural neurochemistry to full advantage. I work with Catherine, an Applied Positive Psychological Practitioner and also a Laughter Leader. We are Airbnb Superhosts.

We have been delivering high quality laughter sessions for several years to organisations, teams and charities.

The sessions are quite active and participants should willingly engage. It is great for individuals and family, but also for corporate private group bookings too. We invite you to stand for the laughter activities and then to sit.

Laughing regularly is a learning experience - so we teach you how to laugh without jokes or comedy, to take control of your body chemistry. This promotes great wellbeing and improves mood.

Very well done by the hosts. Good planning and execution. Very creative. Slight issue with audio quality that was somewhat distracting , perhaps related to weather?

As soon as I saw their gleaming faces, I knew we would have a blast. It took a few minutes for me to feel comfortable, but after I let my guard down, I really enjoyed the experience. I really think that these laughter techniques will change my life. I’ve already been able to laugh at challenges that I’ve faced since yesterday. This experience is worth WAY more than what they are charging. I hope we can book a private event with them one day!

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email.

More tips

Wellbeing and resilience laughter sessions are best done via your computer, but mobiles and ipads/tablets can be used. You need to be able to see our activity demonstrations and hear our guidance. Activities are best done standing, but everything can be done sitting down too.
