Raffaele is very well prepared, an energetic speaker and extremely knowledgeable. He does an amazing job weaving together history, archaeology and wine. We learned a bit of Roman history, a bit of the story of Pompeii and a bit of spiced winemaking! Lots of laughs and a great time together. Highly recommended!

Raffaele lead a wonderful experience for us. It was interesting, educational and lots of fun! He is very knowledgeable and shared his experiences with us. He was very well prepared for our session. He is well versed in history, archeology, and wine and was able to tie it all together very nicely. We had an online experience with participants from the USA, Canada and Italy and he did a great job! I would highly recommend a class or tour with Raffaele.

Raffaele is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about the wines. He is also very interactive and made the experience not just educating but also fun. I enjoyed the practice and the recipes of the wines, will be definitely making them in the future. Thank you Raffaele! Totally recommend!
