What you'll do

An immersive experience exploring breath, Mantra, Mindful movement and Meditation.

The mini retreat will begin with exploring breathing into different areas of the lungs and also using mindful movements to enhance our connection with breath and body sensations.
Then we will practice some guided mindful meditation practices, finishing with a guided Yoga Nidra & Body Scan.

Guests should prepare a quiet space, turn off their phones and have a chair or meditation cushion ready for the seated practices and a space to lie down with a blanket to cover themselves for the final Yoga Nidra.

Programme:
Pranayama - 3 part breath and exploration of the lungs
Stress releasing guided visualization meditation
Mental noting practice - opening up to the present
Yoga Nidra deep relaxation which includes Body Scan and Metta friendly kindness sections.

Concluding with a Q and A session for any questions or observations.

How to participate

  • Join a video call

What to bring

  • An upright chair or Meditation cushion for the seated meditation practices
  • Blanket for covering yourself during final relaxation
  • A comfortable space for you to lie down for the final relaxation, use cushions, pillows etc if needed
